This is really hard to understand.
I have the chart in front of me, and my digital artifact, but it's hard to connect the two together.
I have this as my artifact:
For orality, well, it's as it is. It's a meme, so I'd put it there for orality. For literacy, it's more black and white or fact-based, so I put humor. Memes relate to entertainment, and they're there to make people laugh or relate to them. It makes a context for itself, and either we can relate to it and find humor in it, or keep moving on.
This is where I got stuck even worse. Electracy. I know that the items fitting in the electracy part are a lot more far-fetched, like getting entertainment from religion, or internet from church. This made me think of the words template, or context.
Mainly the word template. Memes are a template for our humor, or a place to put in what we know from the world around us, and we fit it into a certain perspective that we can share. Every meme has a template, and even if it's a stretch, I feel like that can fit with electracy.
But now I don't understand what to put for the apparatus. Humor? Entertainment? The relentless tragedy that we sometimes have to laugh at our own pain through funny pictures? For this, my digital artifact was the picture with the different old meme styles. Would apparatus be style, or entertainment? Who knows. I don't.
